If there is any delay due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email that your item has been delayed.
Shipping Time
Delivery time usually lasts 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund due to an approved return, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to notify you that we have shipped your order.
We will also provide a tracking number or proof of dispatch so you can check your delivery status.
Incorrect Address
To complete your delivery successfully, we require a correct and complete shipping address.
Any item returned due to wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer will be reshipped only after additional shipping payment.
Please do not refuse delivery without informing our support team.
Lost / Delayed Shipments
If you haven’t received your order yet:
First check your tracking status again.
Then contact your local delivery partner; there is often some processing time before delivery is officially completed.

Clearance or sale orders may take additional time for dispatch depending on stock availability.
