Return & Refund Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
