  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

  • Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
