Cancellation Policy

Orders Cancellation

Our cancellation policy allows requests until the order is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, and it will fall under our Refund & Returns Policy.

To be eligible for cancellation:

  • The cancellation request must be made before dispatch of the product.

  • We may require order ID and proof of purchase to process your request.

  • Please do not refuse delivery without informing our support team.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, UPI, or bank account as per your payment mode.

Non-Cancellable Items

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Orders already dispatched or out for delivery

Late Cancellation Requests

If you have requested cancellation after dispatch:

  • The request may be rejected, or

  • It may be treated as a return after delivery, subject to inspection and approval.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, there is often some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
